And I agree, thyme goes very well with chicken.

Patricia,
I loved using the bread to mop up the sauce. :D

Tigerfish,
I used to not use any herbs, but recently I bought a bunch of dried and fresh herbs. Herbs are addicting. :D I'm keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully my plants will grow.

Mandira,
Thank you! I had no idea either until I went to the store and looked it up on Wikipedia for WHB. :D

Gattina,
Thyme is very pretty and cute. It smells so nice too. :)

Jaden,
Lemon thyme tastes a bit lemony and caraway thyme tastes a bit like caraway I think. But other than that I don't know, and hmm I'm not sure if all the species are edible. The ginger mint you got was very cute though. :DAmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03476501320662187793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8104208349190221469.post-49410655580572999512007-05-18T09:24:00.000-07:002007-05-18T09:24:00.000-07:00I wonder if all of the varieties taste similar...a...I wonder if all of the varieties taste similar...are all edible?
remember I got the "ginger mint" thinking it was an edible mint? and really, its for tea and hair rinse? blah!SteamyKitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09215147623559421585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8104208349190221469.post-39128211652687879012007-05-17T17:21:00.000-07:002007-05-17T17:21:00.000-07:00wow, over 300 species!!! I agree, all the herb varieties can be confusing. This sounds like a tasty dish.
